Picture View is a small but useful application that was designed for quickly viewing digital photos.As soon as you choose a folder, the application will list the pictures as thumbnails. You can click on the thumbnail to see the photo. Right clicking on the image brings up options, such as setting it as wallpaper, zoom and more.
